if you have a d series in your car now, then no. you will need a b series tranny, axles, ....ect.

Strock EX/SIs have a D series motor and trans. The D series parts are NOT compatible with the B series parts used in the Integras and the Del Sol VTEC (not the 'sol Si). You'll need a motor, trans, axles, intake and exhaust manifolds, engine mount brackets, shift linkage, and a bunch of other small stuff to make the swap, as the other poster said.
