HELP !!! CEL code 4.

HELP !!! CEL code 4.
i have swaped a b18c into my civic, and now i'm having problems with the crank sensor. it messure 353 ohm, is'nt that correct??
the engine is obd2a i'm jusing a obd2a p73 ecu.
the thing is that i can tow the car until it starts, but it vil not go pas 3500rpm becuse of the cel code 4. it will not start on the starter, but if i disconnect the crank sensor i can start the engine on the starter. make sense???? not to me. but without the sensor it still trowing cel 4 off cause, and wil not go passed 3500rpm.
