Help! 97 hatch with H22

I have 97 civic hatch back swapping a 97 H22 motor USDM. I need help on installing the linkage to the shifter. I'm haing problem figuring out how to connect them. Please provide me some sketch and technical explaination to hook this up. Thank you.
