I have a 97 civic with h22a1 motor with CM3 clutch, tuned hondata and HCP 4-piece motor mount kit. I plan on going turbo very soon so I was wondering if this front cross member is very necessary and if I should keep it and what the pros and cons are of keeping it. WIll it get in the way of the turbo or downpipe or anything? THanks!
PS: My driver side HCP bracket motor mount broke in half as well. Is there a way that i can buy AND utilize JUST the Hasport H22 driverside mount? or would it not be compatable with the other HCP mounts? Like... would the Hasport one be able to line up correctly with the other HCP mounts? Where could I buy just the Hasport H22 driver side mount? Since I hear the HCP mounts aren't actually that great. The rest of the HCP mounts actually look pretty good so I wanted to keep them and not have to buy the entire Hasport set. thanks!
