Default which harness to use

im putting a b18c1 into a civic(d16y8). im getting a half cut. most guys are telling me to use the civic wiring harness. would it be better to use the integra harness cos itll still be plug in?? all i have to do is plug it up the the shock towers?? and do i have to change the crossmember?? or is it only recommeded

if the car is a 96-civic I like to use the stock harness and add the necessary wires and such. lots easier as you can't use the gsr harness on those model cars. as for crossmember no need to mod if this is a 96-civic you are doing the swap into

you need to use the civic wiring, and hondas dont really have crossmembers to change.

why are you getting a clip? you dont need one.
