Default h2b or not h2b

I've gotten a good deal on a f20b and its tranny I kinda want to put it into my 89 hatch and was wondering if its worth it to go with the h2b and a b series tranny or just use the tranny that comes with the motor, I've heard about axle issues running a h/f series tranny in these cars is that something I should be worried about? What are the main advantages of a h2b

All around drivetrain performance and reliability. Drivetrain placement is key in a FWD car, the engine produces the power but is just along for the ride.
