Default h2b issue? maybe?

I do not know if it has to do with the conversion, but sometimes the motor whines or growls( cant determine which one because this problem pops up out of no where) when I am at a stop, and the feel of the clutch and shifter vibrate differently, maybe more harshly I suppose than it normally vibrates. the idle also gets very low and feels like the car is going to die. I just turn the car off and turn it on 3-5 minutes later and it goes away. I think a good way to describe it that it is some what similar is the feeling and noises of when you are about to stall? Anyone experience this h2b or not?

bump again , there is no cels and the car drives normal besides that. what would cause a problem like this at random occasions, only happens when I have the clutch or when its in neutral???? the car will sometimes just die, or it idles almost at 0.....

okay another edit. I cleaned the throttle body which was pretty dirty with black greasy gunk. then I turned the car on and it idled a little higher at warm up maybe because the intake was off? than went back to about 800-1000 after about 2 minutes..... so I was just sitting there and I rev'd it up a couple times to warm it up and than I rev'd it to almost 4000 rpm and when the rev went back down it shot down to almost 100 rpm really low and sounded like it was going to die. like a totally different engine sound. it is hard to explain. as if it wanted to stall by it self. does that help any? i want to clean the iacv next? any other comments? speculations? theories?

I also plugged the bottom hole on the inside of the Throttle body just for a split second. the engine did not die.

sorry for the many posts, but also when I start the car, sometimes I hear a belt squeal. could that relate to the problem? maybe alternator?

ok.. as for the belt squeal.. try tightening up ur alternator a little bit. squealing usually means its slippin..

as for your idle, it sounds like whats pretty common.. surging, lobing idle.. theres many words for it... check for vaccum leaks. and then u might wanna check or calibrate ur tps sensor.
thats what i would check first anyway..

The tps sensor is located on the throttle body. The side facing the firewall is where its at.

Sorry don't have a pic right now..

Do a search for tps calibration or something like that... they will have pics and how-to's..

I would but I'm on my celly right now and the search sucks for me..

okay I just went to yahoo and search tps calibration and the link for HT came up, I do not have a voltmeter so I have to get one. but the process looks a little bit confusing but I think I can try it out. the issue i am having is horrible. if you are idling at a stop and you rev it past 4k and than let it drop back down , why would it drop way down to about 100 rpm or die?

well I got the fitv and the iacv back in and it idles good but i still have that problem, idles really low off the rev, i am going to do spark plugs, but first i am going to buy new battery cables because my current cables do not go onto my battery terminals snug no matter how tight I put them on. it could be my alternator as well because it sounds sluggish when I rev it as well.
