Hello all,

Hit a wall in build. 1994 acura integra GSR, F20b/itr trans.

I have the high end header and purchased a 2.5 in test pipe.

The test pipe bolt flanges do not line up. I thought the high end header collectorsize is 2.5?why is the flange on collector side smaller?

Any help appreciated.

 

Do you have any measurements for this? I will have to check mine tomorrow.

 

i do not have exact measurements, I can check after work.

I hit this wall and cannot find a definite answer.

the high end header states "true 2.5 in" collector and the test pipe as well.

but the flanges are different sizes, the flange on the test pipe end is bigger so the holes do not line up with the flange on the collector side.

I ordered a 2.5 inch donut flange kit thinking maybe the test pipe just has the wrong size flange BUT its the same... holes wont line up due to bigger flange on the test pipe side.

 

Damn noone? I'm still stuck. I just keep buying diff flanges and getting discouraged .. Haven't touch the car since then.
