H2b best subframe

Hi guys. I’ve read that putting in a eg subframe in a ek for h22 is a better figment for space wise. Is this true and why.

Installing an EG subframe into an EK chassis moves the rear mount rearward about 1"... so you would need specific H22 mounts for this subframe conversion. You cannot simply pick a brand "X" mount kit and use either the EK or EG subframe and be fine.
