h22a help

hey everyone. need help with h22a. need to know what the sensor that goes to the black box under the intake. thanks

You talking about the black box that is under the intake manifold? If you are then that is the secondary butterfly solenoid. If you unplug it, the secondary butterflies will stay open all the time.

What I want to know is, is it bad if they stay open all the time? Doesn't it use more gas?
