I searched and was unsuccessful. Anyone know where I can locate tranny codes? I am trying to find out this guy im talking to has an LSD tranny or not.

Thats not an LSD tranny. M2B4 is the tranny code for LSD.

Actually, there is a bunch load of H22 tranny codes. I would recommend taking out the axles, look inside the differential, if you see a bar it is NOT LSD, however, if you see it that it goes straight thru, then it does have LSD.

according to my info that is a type SH tranny..... useless unless you have an SH prelude

 

Hmmm, well Im mating it to an F20B motor, so I guess It will be useless to me, but I need a tranny so I may just go for it.

 

the sh tranny has to have the atts unit on it to be of any use to anyone. if you need a tranny for the time being i have a h23 tranny i need to get rid of ...

Well the Tranny was sold. But it wouldnt have worked at all? Would the H23 work with my flywheel I bought for an H22 tranny???

 

the sh tranny wouldnt have worked b/c the atts unit wont bolt up to a normal h22 block, the sh block is different.

any f/h tranny except the SH trannys will bolt up fine, they all use the same clutch and flywheel
