Sport compact car used one from a 90-93 civic dx, which they mounted to the firewall. Check out their website or wait until somebody else who knows what they're talking about tells you. http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com

i have a usdm h22 and a jdm h22...i used the usdm throttlebody on the jdm h22...yeh i know the jdm tb is bigger...it still works. you might wanna try switchin tb's from your accord to the h22 if it will fit. im not 100% sure, worth a try.
