Im having nothing but trouble with level 0 HAsport Axles on my bolt on H22. Im using the EGH2 mounts. But this thread wont be for me per se, as it will be for everyone.

So anyone with an H22 list your mounts/axles and experiences with manufacturers.

 

I have HASport level 0 axles with EGH2 mounts. The first set I had, had some mild vibration under acceleration. I searched around here, and the consensus seemed to be if one is slightly long, it'll cause binding. Asked HASport about it, they sent me another one (which was supposed to be slightly shorter) free of charge in exchange for the one I had bought. Problem went away, smooth sailing for 1.5 years since.

and I did NOT have to change the halfshaft seal in the hydro trans for it to seal with the sk7 halfshaft as it was already a perfect fit/seal

 

Possible Axle Bind with H22 (m2b4 LSD) Hasport Mounts and Hasport 0 Axles. - 94 EJ1 Civic Coupe
Trans is sitting against frame rail currently, so I cannot say if its axle bind yet.

Symptoms:
Feels like dragging brakes throughout entire RPM's. Intermittent vibrations, during acceleration or cruising. Its weird, one day I have vibrations, the next its smooth sailing.

Like I said until the trans is clear of the frame, I can't say if its axles or not.

 

We had to notch the frame rail to get my m2b4 to fit.

 

what do you think the chances are of just dropping the tranny mount and letting the tranny droop? or do you no matter what have to drop the tranny, to notch the rail???

 

Did a h22 swap on a '92 hatch a while back and also had to do a passenger side frame notch.
