hi all i have a dc2 with a h22 swap, when i go to hit 2nd gear hard when racing it like locks me out, then once rpm's go down i can get it into gear. any help would be appriciated. thanks

clutch may not be disengaging completely. Bleed the system.

the shifter cables may also be binding. did you do the swap yourself, or buy it from someone?

yea i did the swap but i didnt really know what to do with the cables, they are binding probably. what can i do to solve that issue?

i would try to run the cables as best you can. maybe re-cut your hole coming to the shifter so you can get a more direct line. if those cables are not ran nearly perfect, you will experience the binding problems as you described.
