i would say maybe in the relm of 300ish, i know alot of people that are 275+ on them, but not sure on exact numbers.

I would say that the rings will go before the rods . I was recently making about 350whp , and I never had any rod issues. Eagle makes a cheap and reliable rod for $300 if that your concern.
