Default h22 over heating problems

h22 swap into an EG hatch..... i heard due to the lack of space in the engine bay, only single core radiators will fit inside, this supposedly causes over heating or not enough cooling.....is this true??

I'm using the cx single core radiator and haven't had any problems with overheating. I've been using this radiator for 7-8 months now with my h22 swap. I'm pretty sure you can fit the dual core radiator from del sol w/o a problem if you needed too.

I am using a Del Sol dual core radiator. I also have a Slim Hayden fan, so that it can have some good room for the prelude slave cylinder. Since I am using the civic slave cylinder there's plenty of room since that little "nipple" is angled unlike the prelude one which is straigh towards the fan.

I also have heard of people with the stock radiator running pretty well. I'd only be careful in long periods of idle(traffic).

Not true. You can fit dual core del sol radiators in there (its actually highly recommended) or you can run with a single core (im currently using my single core eg rad and have had no problems). But, a slim fan is a must. The slave cylinder bleeder bolt sits way too close to the fan (mine actually hit the bolt).

I'm using the Del Sol dual core radiator with a custom mounted home air conditioner fan.
