H22 mount kit for EG
For HCP mounts just talk to Newman at www.jdmshit.com . I would recommend Hasport mounts though, if you have the money, just for the cleanliness of the swap. Plus the billet mounts are trick as ****!
thanks for the reply. Ihave the hasport kit already but before i put it in i was wanting to resolve some of the issues that kit has first ie: axles!
I know im gonna need customs already because ive got an h22 thats 11.5to1 plus some headwork and soon to put around 150 shot of gas on it plus your usual bolt ons. But before i spring for expensive *** axles i want to get the motor broke in on factory axles. In conclusion ive heard there were axle issues with that kit but please by all means correct me if im wrong. thanx

From what i have heard Hasports Ek kit for the h22 is supposed to come out in the 2nd week of Feb. Steve from HMO says about $490 shipped. Becuase thats what i am waiting for also.
You can use 90-93 accord intermed shaft and 90-93 teg axles... custom works to, I'm, waiting for my HCP's for my h22a EG swap, I got them for $300 brand new!
The guy is cool I'll try to hook you up with a number if your interested?

Totem Concept Motorsports makes excellent mount kits for h22a into eg's and ek's.
I have personally used the h22a into ek kit and the motor fits in the engine bay like it was meant to be there. It uses the standard accord half shaft and 90-93 integra axles.
Totem Motorsports number is 905-804-9566

Yeah dude I would like to see whats up with that let me know, I would pm but for some reason the pm function is not allowing me to message ANYONE! But Im pretty curious so let me know.
Oh and by the way the Totem motorsports h22a mount kit comes with a front crossmember that incorporates a front mount. This crossmemeber is included in the kit not optional.
How does the motor sit with this kit? Does the motor lean back like in a prelude, or does it sit level like a b series motor? Just wondering.
So there is no problems with the accord halfshaft/teg axles combo w/ this kit?
With the hcp eg kit you need to get the USDM h22 93-96 rear tranny bracket to use the mount kit. I just found this out recently. HCP doesn't tell anyone this though. I have been using the jdm rear bracket, but the rear mount is slightly offset in the bracket.
I think that the mounts from Place and HCP are both pretty solid....I wouldn't use HASport just becuase of their customer service....
Well the issue i was wonderin about is if the accord/ted axle combo will continuously pop out of place like ive so often heard it would with the hasport kit?
I know i can use the customs but before i do i would like to have the kit that puts the axles where they are supposed to be. Supposedly the hasport kit sits to low causing a funky bind on the axles making them pop out. My friend had first hand bad experience with this, so im trying to avoid it completely whether it be custom or accord/teg axles. I mean something cant be right if the kit sits low enough to cause axles to pop out and what other effects would this have on overall suspension geometry? Just something to ponder on.
Bye the way redline thanx for the offer on the number, but ive got an incredible hook up on custom axles and i only paid $220 for the hasport kit.

the eg mount kit doesnt come with a front crossmember like the ek kit.
the motor leans back like a factory h22a
havent had any axles problems yet.
use a usdm rear h22a mount
the web site is in development
the kit retails for $349
lifetime warranty

How does the passenger side tranny mount work? Is it like the hcp kit or hasports? Do you have to modify the stock passenger side mount or do you just replace it?
Sounds like a promising kit. Do you have any vibrations with the kit? Like a 30mph shake or vibration under acceleration?
