Default H22 into ek mount problem.

Friends car...baught it from djsalix <---if anyone knows him then they know he's a complete scammer...everything that could go wrong on this car HAS gone wrong. Originally had HCP mounts. They were all trashed(except the front crossmember mount)..So he ordered Innovative mounts for it, except the front crossmember because he thought he could just still use the HCP crossmember. This is how it sits. (sorry if the pics are giant)

Drivers side...too close to the strut tower?

Front crossmember...HITTING the block. Had to pull it out just to get the engine to sit on the other 3 mounts.

Seems to me like its leaning more backwards than it should?

Anyone know of any reason why the front crossmember is hitting the block like that? (entire engine tilted backwards for some reason?) Even if he orders the Innovative piece...it looks like it will still be doing the same thing.

H22's always sit close to the tower. as far as the front bar i would try the Innovative one, im sure they designed it to work with their mounts

if you have three innovative mounts bolted up (both sides and rear) there is no need for the front mount.

The reason it sits tilted backwards is because thats how the engines sits in a prelude, looks like the mounts were designed to keep the motor sitting the way it would in a prelude don't worry about it. How is the clearance from the intake manifold to the fire wall. I have innovative mounts for my EG and i just pulled the H22 out of my 5th gen prelude and from the picks you have it looks like it sits far enough to use a skunk manifold.
