im plannin on puttin a h22 into my 94 gsr in about a month, and ive looked at all the h22 stuff and nothing seems to cover about where you have to drill for the shifter cables. does anyone know of any websites or forums that go over this step. thanks in advance

 

Look at the FAQ at the top of this forum for h22 into EG info.. Pretty much same info for a teg. Basically though for the shifter and cables, u line it up where the cables are nice and taunt, and that's where u drill, but theres pictures to help u out too, just look at the first page of the FAQ. If ya got anymore questions just ask me, I have a h22 swapped integra that I've done all myself so ask me any questions ya got.

 

what was your integra before you swapped it? mine is a gsr iono some people are trying to convince me to stay B series, im def not gonna autocross the car so drag racing is what im building the car for, oh ya nd what about the resistor box, noticed it said it needed it in civics but didnt mention tegs, i also heard IACV and alternator is the only mods needed for the gsr wiring harness, correct? sorry about all the Q's i wanna make sure i have everything covered before i start, what did you do about the fuel filter? thanks alot jus trying to get everything right the 1st time i do it

 

where to drill, ??? haha you havn't read much, since you aren't h2b'n it, and reatining fatcory everything.
then i be nice and won't send you to the SEARCH button as most would, since i have these pics handy, mine was an auto, but you get the idea.









the more slack the better, = the further up you mount the assembly the better off a your shifts etc will be.

My car was an auto LS engine and tranny b4 i did my h22 swap, that's really why i wanted to swap it, plus u had to change the shifter anyways i figured hey it'l save me money by just doing an h swap. Yeah IACV and alternator plug is only thing if i remember correctly. Yeah if u got the money just use ur GSR tranny and get a h22 and go H2b. then u wouldn't have to worry about the shifter or custom axles.

 

haha ya i im doin h2b im ordering my h22 longblock in couple weeks, im gettin evolution h2b kit, iono what header would you suggest? cuz i heard camp1320 is backed up on a shitload of orders.
