I have a 1995 Integra (eg) with a HCP mount kit and a H22A with LSD. I ran the Prelude inner and 88-89 Integra outer for 12,000 miles N/A on the passanger side, the whole time I was lowered with about a 1/2 inch fender gap. I mobbed around corners, launched, blah, blah blah... all with no problems.

Recently my H22 was turboed. Now I am having trouble with the passanger side axle popping out. I read Newman's post on this topic and then took his advice on expanding the C-clip on the axel, I expaned it quite a bit too. This worked for 2 weeks, and then I really wanted to know if the problem was solved. So I took a low speed corner with all it had... and guess what, axle is popped out again.

So what do you think I should do to solve this problem? I believe that the axle is a tad to short, thus forcing the axel to stretch and pull on hard cornering. But what do I know. I was thinking that I should use a 90-91 Integra outer because I was under the impression it was a small amount longer, is this correct? Any educated help would be MUCH appreciated.

Also, I am calling DSS tomorrow to get an axle length for their EG H22 with LSD axles and then measuring mine to compare. Hopefully that will allow me to draw a conclusion.
