99 JDM ITR into a 94 civic coupe EX
These are things i need to know:
1.) What type of axles I need b/c the 99 JDM's ITR will not fit
2.) What motor mounts can i use off the 99 JDM, and which other mounts i will need?
3.) Will the 99 JDM ITR shift linkage work?
4.) Electrically, I know i have to hook up the knock sensor if not using p28,, but is there anything else i need to know if using p28 harness,, besides distributor plugs?
Any comment will be helpful....

any JDM B-series axles except 98+ ITR or any US 94+ B-series axles will work
2.) What motor mounts can i use off the 99 JDM, and which other mounts i will need?
You should use all brackets that come with the JDM ITR engine although the only mount you can reuse from your EX SOHC engine is the top tranny bracket which is exactly the same as the ITR's top tranny bracket. You'll reuse all of your EX mounts though; they are compatible with the ITR brackets.
3.) Will the 99 JDM ITR shift linkage work?
yes, 100%
4.) Electrically, I know i have to hook up the knock sensor if not using p28,, but is there anything else i need to know if using p28 harness,, besides distributor plugs?
As far as wiring goes, if you find yourself a US 96-01 integra VTEC engine wire harness; it will plug n' play to your EX's passenger side shock tower plug minus a couple plugs you won't need to use anyways; the US integra harness is 100% plug n' play compatible with the your 99 JDM ITR's onboard sensors, distributor, injectors, etc.. You'll just have to manually wire in the KS from the ecu plugs out to the appropriate pin location on the shock tower plug.
If you wind up using a P28 ecu to run the ITR engine, there will be no problems if you use the integra engine wire harness. Going with an OBD2 integra wire harness will save you the hassle of rewiring your EX harness's distributor plug, injector plugs, and alternator plugs over to OBD2 spec plugs.
