Default h22 carbon problem

I've got a 93 JDM H22 in an EG and I noticed one day it wasnt pulling that hard anymore. Changed the old spark plugs which were covered in carbon and used NGK Iridium and same thing within 2 weeks I lost power again and the spark plugs were covered in carbon again. Motor doesn't burn much oil either so I don't understand. I also ran seafoam carbon cleaner on it a few weeks ago. What could be the problem?

THanks

the ecu is the problem, its giving you too much fuel. get eh p28 tuned for your set up or at least have an H series base map put on there.
