The GSR header doesn't bolt direct to my stock 92 EG hatch civic cat converter... what would i have to do to make it fit????

you can get a Teg cat or you can weld up a piece of pipe to fit the gap and the to make the bolt holes in the right spot good luck

well i ghetto fitted my exhaust on my hatch till we make an adapter piece
i used the GSR A-pipe and i didn't use the doughnut gasket. I then used some longer bolt with locking nut to secure the exhaust... the bolts will be at an angle, but just snug them up pretty well...its not a permant fix but it will work tempoarly
i am running stock Civic DX HB exhaust and using the gsr exhaust manifold and a-pipe
for a more permant fix you might want to have an exhaust shop weld an adapter from 1.75" to 2" and use a new flange. That way it will fit over the doughnut gasket for the exhaust manifold and will also bolt directly up to the flange. You also might want them to shorten the exhaust a little. on my hatch it was really close the gas tank heat shield
on my stock civic exhaust the flange bolt holes are closer together than the gsr flange bolt holes off the exhaust manifold
also, if i were you i would just go ahead and upgrade the exhaust. the stock exhaust is a little restricting
