I would use a B20Z for a more powerful combination if the short block is going to remain otherwise stock. If you intend to build a proper B20VTEC engine with custom rods, VTEC relieved pistons, and a main girdle... it matters not what is stamped on the block itself.
thanks and if i want to bill a relieeved b20 vtec what i need to get top to bottom..
