Default getting Code 19, lockup control solenoid? on a p28??? WTF

waasup, i have a 99 hatch with a gsr swap with a 99si wireing harness with the skunk2 jumper toOBDI to a p28 ECU. the code is the lock up control solenoid,,, which is on AUTOMatic cars... my car sure isnt automatic, and never was. the numbers on my ECU is 37820-p28-a52 hopefully that A doesnt stand for automatic. the ECU is unchipped and unprogramed (stock),,, not by choice. im ordering a mugen chip for it, will that fix my problem? or is it the ECU? or am i doomed to only reach 7200 RPMs for ever? thanks to all that help.

I think the -A52 stands for automatic. But dont worry, you can rejumper the ECU to manual. You've to change some resistors near the e-prom. I've seen it anywhere on the net, but if you need more details i'll figure it out and let you know.

Actually, the 5 in the A52 stands for automatic.

A manual ECU will have A0X at the end of it (X can equal 0,1, or 2).
