Re: G23 da9 integra
Sounds interesting hurry and get her done.. i got pretty much the same setup but the f23a5 block with prelude type S pistons... and pretty dope headers... the head is a JDM h22 stock but i wanna dyno soon and we can see whats up..I don't recomend the k20 pistons.. My compression is around 12.5:1 and that is with the stock h22 clearance .006 out of the hole with my custom copper HG... im sure I could mill alittle more to raise it but mine is a daily driver on pump gas.... So i will be waiting so see your results....

i got after market k20 pistons from wiseco witch i hear is a good brand, as far as the exhaust goes i got a manifold from an H23..... i pretty sure a B-series wont bolt to it so do i need the down pipe from the F-series or the H-sreies??? and as the build gets under way ill take some pics and maybe a video when its done... im also thinking about doin an AWD conversion i have the know how i just need the parts

Looks good to me. The extra machine work (red arrows) was unnecessary though. The oil's going to drain straight out of the holes in the head into the over-sized returns in the block. Another .050" is not going to make a whole lot of difference. Good luck with the build. Be sure to retune and post results.
