can someone tell me if a Prelude fuel pump (in tank) for DOHC VTEC "95 will plug in to 97 CX fuel tank? Looking for higher output pump for my H22 Swap, i.e. 60 gpm vs 45 gpm. Just need to know if I can find a used pump from Prelude if it will plug in to my CX tank or have to be modified

i think it should have seen both they look pretty close if not you could get a plug from the lude and switch the plug

well i called holley cuz im gettin a 255lph for my hatch and i asked them and they said it is the same part number for the prelude pump..so you should have no problem running that stock prelude pump...and if you are still sketchy about usin it use a stock type r or gsr pump, or even the one im getting

just talked with Honda Dealership. Part numbers are different for both fuel pumps. Prelude has higher GPH flow.
the pumps should interchange, but they are NOT the same

 

i know the honda parts are not the same ..but the holly and walbro parts are the same so i assumed they had to have the same plug and be interchangable..by the way i meant to ask what mount kit are you using...thanks
