Default fuel pump

how much horsepower can a 190 lph Walbro fuel support...I am replacing my stock civic pump when I finish my h22 swap...I think the 250 lph pump is a little over kill for my stock set up...posted it in tech but no answers yet I need/want to order it today

If you plan on moding the motor in the future don't skip doing the fuel system properly. You might as well just go with the bigger so you are set up in the future. If you do not plan on doing any serious racing and extensive mods to your motor then don't worry about it.

I don't see my car pushing 600+ horsepower...I don't see me laying anything more then 350 hp....and that is a loooong shot...so would the bigger pump be over kill

190 should be just fine man, im pretty sure they are good up to about 400hp or somwere near that

190 lph is fine for your application, its not overkill at all.

Ijust got an email back from http://www.jdsperformance.com/ saying they are only good for up to 250 horsepower??? does that sound right??? if so do you still think it is adequate ???

im just about positive they support more hp then that, but to answer your question, yes it is still adequate. you'll be good to go with a 190
