when you import a jap engine why do you often get a front clip?why not just send the motor? my guess would be just to convert to right hand drive if you would want to but i just wanted to know for sure

 

When dealers import them, they get the clips from my understanding because:

#1 easier to cut it and send, rather than take everything out.

#2 for body parts: fenders/bumper/headlights/etc.

#3 nothing is missing, better than sending in pieces
