has anyone here bought a motor from flashoptions? they have pretty cheap prices on swaps and clips and i was wondering if they carry a bad reputation or anything. please let me know, thanks in advance!

Oh for the love of god, please do not deal with Flash Options. Let me first start with my story. I order 6 engines from them back in March 2003. I have received one, and have yet to receive the others. The other 5 are supposedly waiting in customs in California. They continuously make up excuses as to why it is taking so long. They originally told me they shipped out, and that they were confiscated in customs. Then they supposedly shipped another order out and it got 'lost.' Now this current order is sitting in California and waiting on customs clearance, but I have managed to speak with the freight forwarder he has elected and he has confirmed that it is definitely there. If you need more info, please just let me know. I could go one for hours with lies and stories I have received from the owner named Gavin.

f*ck osaka. I ordered an SiR gauge cluster from them. It came broken and they refused to send me another one! Good thing credit cards are useful.

 

I will soon be getting a full container of JDM stuff from another supplier overseas. It will be a 2 months or so, but I will let everyone know when I get it.

what's so hard about searching? I found 13 results just by typing in flashoptions.com. lazy ***

 

i am also looking into this company because im looking for a b20 swap and they have cheap prices. im also looking into japanmotorimport.com in which i cant find any info on either.
