AEM FPR or Rail? If it's a regulator what is your fuel pressure at? I assume you don't have any CEL's. There is allot of different vacum leaks that could cause this problem, anything from gaskets to hoses or even a dirty T-Body.

Thx for the effort skunked..so let me help you out with more info.
No regulator...only the rail and the pump. No vafc as yet, so i'm not sure what pressure it is (stock 32psi i assume)
The vac leakes i have tested and re-tested. From the charcoal can to the rear of the IM to cleaning the iacv.
The one time i did solve it was when i pulled that iatv (under the TB) off to find that white spring all broken up, and i changed and put one back on and wala..fixed.
This time i too it off and it was a bit loose again so i tightened up and cranked and wala/....but not fixed cause after driving for maybe 15 mins it starts up again.
hope this helps

that little white screw can cause this too. You might wanna try swapping the T-Body out and replacing the gasket. It would be worth a shot. If not atleast take the T-body off, clean it thoroughly and put it back on with a new gasket. Make sure the little gasket around the TPS is good shape. Is your MAP on the T-body or firewall?

map on the TB.
I will also give the cleaning a try. I messed with the idle screw also, but it doesn't affect or changes anything from what i tried.
