I've seen about a Thousand cars with a Fields vtec controller, and they all work fine. Its all in the wiring, you have to make sure you do it properly. And They are worth it, depending on the price you get. The apex-i has more tuning options and monitoring functions, but the fields will work for most applications.

My Fields works fine. It does it's job. VAFC is better though.
