Default Fast Idle Valve on B18B1

I have a b18b1 swap in my 92-95 civic. I've been having idling problems when the engine is cold. I noticed that on acuraautomotiveparts.net there are 2 type of LS manifolds, it looks like one of them has the fast idle valve that has a vacuum line going to the EVAP canister and the other doesn't. It looks like mine does not have a FITV, but I still have have 2 vacuum lines going to the EVAP canister, the purge solenoid and just a vacuum source from the manifold. Should I just get rid of second vacuum source, and leave the purge vacuum line? Could that be my problem?
