hey i got an issue.. haha..eversince since i did my h22 integra swap.. my speedo never worked.. i've swapped out the VSS and that didnt work... i do recall, when i first did the swap... i remember sitting in the parking lot after i cranked the car up.. and the speedo jumped to about 120 mph for about 20 secs.. (all while im just sitting idle in the driveway).. then it dropped and never worked again.. (the only thing i can think of is that i burned up the wiring to it.. i've swapped ecu's and all.. no luck

The VSS gets a 12v switched power, ground and signal to the ECU. The vss pulses the 12v in a square pattern. First, check the connector to see if it is seating all the way. If it is not, you will have this problem. It is a common problem.

Then check if you are getting the 12v swtiched and ground, and se what you get
