failed the BAR, barely
93 civic hb with 98 gsr running obd1. max HC for 15mph is 89 i meas 92.
-everything else was fine.
new ngk spark plugs
low miles on ngk wires
oil changed 300 miles ago.
new fuel filter
oem obd2 gsr car 50k miles (bought off HT member)
b16a2 o2 sensor
used emissions for dummies stuff
pumped 91 octane gas at a very clean car wash gas station.
what could it be?
-everything else was fine.

run 87 octane, and run the **** **** out of the motor before going the reff. leave the motor on when u get there so the cats stays hot. I pass my first try doing this

thats what i did when i bar'd my civic back in 2002, and this new project. just got a brand new cat. replacing the pcv and new airfilter. hopefully this does the trick
