Default F2B in an Integra

Hey guys I'm doing my F2B swap for my integra and I have a few questions that I couldn't seem to find online.

- What ECU should I run it on? P28 or P72. I can't figure out if the F20b has IAB or not so I can't determine which ecu to run.

- As far as water pumps, timing belt, and spark plugs. I am reading a lot of information that conflicts one another. Then again some of the posts I've read are pretty old so I can't tell if there is any new information.
