F22B1 in a Hatch ???
Have any of you all seen anything about the F22B1 (94-97 Accord Ex) being swaped into civics/hatch/integras ? ? ?
I was thinking about how the H22 and the F22 are almost the same block type and the F22 has a pretty much Rock solid bottem end for that is ready for boost. So why couldn't you just swap in a F22 which is about $500-$700 + Some extras and get some crazy power. ---- I don't know, just a thought
What do you guys Think ?

yep! just like a H22 swap as far as i know.
a friend in NC did a boosted f22 and was putting down over 300 with some crazy low boost numbers.
talk to HAsport if you need 100% confirmation and dont get it from HT.

I actually have this swap in my integra and have never seen anyone else with it. I had to swap the f22b1 in temporarily for now, then the h22 goes in. The thing is that the cost of "extras" to put the engine in is not worth it for the f. Mounts, axles, shifter, wiring, etc. It is basically the same as the h22 though.
