possible or not? i was told it is just like a g22 build but i cant find much on it

Im surprised no ones commented on this. That setup actually is good for turbos, otherwise the torque is low. I thought about it myself.. Search it in the FAQ!!

have you done the swap? was it worth the time does it require the same as a h22 head swap (lower timing gear ect)

TQ is not low. F22 has slightly more displacement than H22. Compression is low if stock block, which along with steel sleeves makes it "good for turbo".
