Default exhaust question

i am trying to get my exhaust off at the cat and its not coming off. its all corroded and stuff. is there anything that i can do to make it easier to get off? ive tried an impact gun and i sprayed a bunch of wd40 on it...still not coming off or even moving a little at all. any help would be appreciated.
