Default Engine Whistles

I know this has probably been covered and i searched thoroughly without any success... The b18b in my hatch whistles under moderate acceleration and from what i gathered its coming from the throttle body and might be the fast idle?? Can someone inform me or point me in the right direction to fixing this problem? Thanks in advance.

bigger throttle bodies and different intakes cause this.

I have also *heard* uneaven head ports and or valve jobs can cause this as well.
