Default Engine Swap Concern

I have a 99 Civic CX...I am getting ready to do an engine swap in about a month or so once I save up the rest of the money for it. My concern is about the air conditioner. Right now my car doesn't not have A/C but when I do my engine swap I was hoping to add it. What all will I need? I already have the A/C controls since I swapped my stock heater and a/c controls with those of a SI.
