If I am going to remove my engine to get some engine work done, would there be any benefits to getting new engine mounts like spoon sports or somthing like that? Thanks for your help.

 

no. Just spend $35 and get some polyurethane inserts from energy suspension, less wheel hop and feels more solid between shifts, I love mine!

Agreed on the poly mounts, I just hope you don't have too many fillings in your toofers!! Seriously, I love them- best bang for the buck in my mind.

I would also like to get some good engine mounts for my 90 teg before I do my B16A swap is there any company that makes mounts comparable to the HCP mounts or could I use the HCP mounts for this. If I can use the HCP mounts which ones could I use.

 

HAsport is tight but expensive, but you get the cable tranny cnversion thingy too ooo not worth ot for 500 beans tho
