Default electrical problem help

okay guys i got a 95 civic coupe w/ a gsr swap and lately i been having some kinda problem, whenever i turn off the car and take the keys from the ignition the rear lights stay on as well as the interior lights also the a/c and heater still have power to them. I saw that the wires inside the engine bay where kinda melted together near the passenger side head lamp if i ground off this one wires to the body the problem is fixed but i can't do that because the wire starts to melt going toward the dash.(also the front right side blinker don't work just the back)
