Default EK-K-series question

ok here we go.. i have a 96 ek hatch... with a 03 rsx S swap i have the OEM ecu that came with the rsx(however im using a AEM)... butttttt the rsx ecu has the green key fuel cut thing. i have the hasport harness(if that makes a differance)..... anyway moral to the story is does anyone kno of a way to get my car to run with the stock K ecu OR any other way to get my car to scan properly for emissions?

if you want to keep the oem ecu for emission scan and such, you have to send your ecu to hondata to get that fix...
