Default EG/H22A Header Design

I have access to a great shop that makes exhaust products for a major manufacturer. Laser cut flanges, mandrel benders, etc... I was thinking of making a header for my JDM H22A in my EG civic. I currently have the DC header and from what I've read, it isn't the best. I was going to use the DC for the flange design and overall shape and flex pipe area, but instead use 2" primaries, a little longer primaries, and a 2.5" collector to meet up with my 2.5" converter and maybe a "Y" design so I can run open header at the track and full exhaust on the street. Any ideas from other designers that have done the same? What about anti-reversion that you see on some race headers? Just looking for opinions right now. I'm also tosing the idea of an intake manifold around, modeling off the Skunk2 thats coming out soon.

Hurry up and make em already. I need a header. Maybe you can come out with the intake manifold before skunk2, if they ever releases the damn thing.

Sounds like a great idea though.

i just need to look into it more. i'm thinking 1.75" primaries and a 2.5" collector. not a short collector either. non-steep collector angles. after the oil pan is where they would merge. maybe trying some anti-reversion chambers... starting out at 1.75" primaries and moving to 2". any thoughts?
