ef with ek transmission..??

m doing a B series 5 speed swap and this guy wants a new motor and tranny for his EF wagovan.. i have a 2000 auto civic D16Y7 and his is 91 auto.. can i just hook the whole motor and tranny into the EF? ill swap intake manifolds and dizzys for ease of install.. im in canada.. no emmisions or anything here.. will the tranny shift fine? custom mount the EK autoshifter in teh EF? give me some ideas if this will work..

Nope, thats not gonna work, the 6th gen automatic civics have more solenoids on them, 5th gen tranny may work, or you could try the old 4th gen tranny.
