Default ECU numbers? Problem maybe...

I just got a 96-98 jdm obd2 b16a, the barcode on the ecu says 37820-P2T-003, the bottom numbers are 935-104350 FX. What kind of ecu is it? My vtec comes on at 5800 and my engine revs past 8500 with no rev limiter, I dont know how far it will go, thats where I stopped. I'm using the stock tach, but I seriously doubt my tach is outrunning the engine... thanks everyone.

It looks like it is a 99-00 SI ECU.
