Default ecu help!

whats up guys ima make this short n simple. i have a 96 civic coup with a b20b motor previous owner put the motor in but the car used to b auto now its manual it has a P2E ecu which belongs to a civic dx but the car sometimes doesnt wanna turn on when it sits. could this ecu be causing the problems? its not the best civic build out there owner cut ALOT of corners with it. for example still has automatic wiring harness.

The auto harness is fine since it fits the chassis harness perfectly. Id look into testing the main relay and getting a p75 ecu at least

Install the correct ECU for the engine.

ok but the p75 is ob2 if im not mistaking and from what ive been told the motor and trans have obd1 sensors? the trans came from a 92 teggy.
