Default the differences between 94-97 and 98-01 LS headers?

Whats the difference? is it the acutal bolt pattern itself or is it a design issue? I'm trying to put a 94 LS motor into a 90 civic this weekend and would like to buy a header if I can't find a downpipe quick enough. The problem is the header I'm looking at right now seems to only come for the 98-01 LS(my motor is from a 94) and I want to know if it will fit my application

Thanks for your help

Chris

Yes, the headers are the same in length and bolt pattern to the head.
