difference between ek and eg mounts for h22....will it work
im just wondering if the eg h22 mounts will work on a ek... i guess if you can swap motors between eg and ek so whats the difference?
Totally different base for the rear mount, passenger side mount needs an adapter plate bolted to the frame rail, and the driver side mount is completely different and uses a bracket and a motor mount. In laymens terms, NO it will not work.

The motor (longblock) is no different, but the mounts & brackets used are due to the change in the chassis. You asked about mounts.... mounts will not work. If you take a 98 motor drop it into a 94 Civic, you still need to use an EG mount kit. If you put a 93 motor into a 98 Civic, you need to use an EK mount kit. Hope this makes sense.
